Eligible referrers will receive a reward equal to 15% of the referred user's eligible purchase price, up to a maximum reward of $2.00 USD per successful referral.

Rewards are paid only on the referred user's first eligible purchase. For each unique referred customer, you will earn one referral reward.

"Eligible purchase price" means the base list price of the eligible course as shown at checkout, before taxes, processing fees, or other charges. It excludes gift card purchases, subscriptions, and any future or add-on purchases made after the referred user's first order.

A referral is considered successful only after:

• The referred user completes an eligible purchase;
• Payment is successfully processed;
• The transaction is not refunded or cancelled; and
• LearnTastic verifies that all program requirements have been met.

Eligible referred users will receive a 15% discount on their first eligible purchase when using a valid referral link.

Referral discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupon codes, promotional offers, or special pricing unless expressly stated by LearnTastic.

LearnTastic reserves the right to update the list of eligible courses at any time without prior notice.

If a qualifying purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the associated referral reward will be cancelled or recovered if it has already been paid.

Referral rewards have no cash value until they are issued, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for any other item, credit, or currency.

Referral links are intended for personal use only. Referral links may not be:

• Posted on coupon or deal websites;
• Distributed through paid advertising;
• Shared through unsolicited commercial email or spam;
• Used for affiliate marketing; and
• Used in any manner intended primarily to generate commissions rather than genuine referrals.

Required disclosure: If you share your referral link publicly (including on social media, blogs, forums, or in group chats), you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you will receive a reward if the link is used, in accordance with FTC guidelines on endorsements and material connections (e.g., "I get a reward if you sign up with my link"). LearnTastic may revoke rewards and terminate participation for violations of these rules.

Referral rewards are administered and paid by Cello, including via PayPal or Venmo. By participating in this program, you consent to LearnTastic sharing the personal information necessary to verify eligibility and process your reward (such as your name, email address, and payment account details) with Cello and its payment partners. Their handling of your information is also subject to their own privacy policies. LearnTastic is not responsible for delays, payment failures, account issues, or technical problems caused by Cello or any third-party payment provider. See our Privacy Policy for more information on how your data is handled.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, automated referrals, or any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity are prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and removal from the program.

Tax responsibility: You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from rewards you receive under this program. Cello may issue tax reporting forms where required by applicable law.

LearnTastic reserves the right to interpret these rules, determine eligibility, withhold or revoke rewards, investigate suspected abuse, and modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
